Shaping a Legacy
In 2004, Michael Evans came to Mendoza for a vacation—and never left. Captivated by the land and its people, he partnered with Pablo Giménez Riili to transform a largely undeveloped landscape at the foot of the Andes into a world-class wine destination.
With 300 privately owned vineyards, a resort and spa, 33 operating villas, and now 42 new villas to be built, this is the culmination of two decades of vision, hard work, and community. Every resident is not just an owner of a home, but of their time—and the exclusive benefits—at The Vines.
