Vines to Go
Our tasting room at The Vines Resort & Spa, “Vines to Go,” is ready to receive guests to taste many of the award-winning wines that are produced on the estate. This sales and tasting room is devotedexclusively to exhibiting, sampling, and selling the wines of our Private Vineyard Owners.
Blending Session
Create your own custom Uco Valley wine. Taste and learn about single-varietal wines, and experiment with different compositions by creating unique blends and even hand-bottling your own personal wine.
Winemaking Camp
Spend the day getting your hands dirty and learning to make wine by harvesting grapes, doing berrytasting and selection, sorting bunches, participating in punch-downs, and even enjoying the traditional practice of grape stomping.
Grape Varietal Discovery
A tasting of different varietals grown on our 1,500-acre Uco Valley vineyard estate, and led by our wine specialists. Learn how to engage your senses, blind taste, and challenge yourself.
Oak & Wine
Learn about the various and profound influences oak has on the aromas, flavors and textures found in wine as well as its effect on the aging process. Taste a range of barrel samples, including our limited production of 100% barrel-fermented wine.

Sunrise Horseback Ride
Set o under the stars on a horseback ride culminating in a breathtaking mountaintop sunrise in Mendoza’s Manzano Historico. It is a guest favorite, great from October to April.

Our scenic 5-km running and biking trail winds through our vineyards and around the resort.
4×4 Activity

Corazón del Sol
Here you can enjoy a private tasting showcasing the winery’s intriguing Rhone and Bordeaux varietals. Owner Dr. Revana of Napa and Willamette Valley fame came to the Uco Valley to create this one-of-a-kind winery, and you’ll understand why when you taste these gems.
Super Uco
Spend time with Mendoza’s creative geniuses, the Michelini Brothers, in their biodynamic SuperUco winery. At this singularly unique winery, you will taste their award-winning wines, learn about their lunar calendar-based wine production process, and walk through their impeccably tended vineyards.
Solo Contigo
This luxurious winery, designed by famed architects Bormida & Yanzon, features a variety of spectacular xmodern art. They also oer various tasting experiences of their award-winning Solo Contigo wines.
La Vigilia
Bodega La Vigilia is an Argentine project. It aims to disconnect you from the world and connect you with the here and now. You’ll be able to enjoy activities at its winery and a great culinary experience at Rope.
